I have had a few questions about the video chat that we provide on our site, how it works, how is it different from other sites etc. I thought it easier to explain in an email to you.
The main difference is that we provide one chat service and it INCLUDES video, audio and text. You can see her, hear her and write words with her. We believe that this is how it should be – if you are paying for the chat you should get all these features.
Most sites have chat options – EITHER you can text (write to each other), or one of you can see and hear the other (one way video and audio). I cant believe that anyone would be happy with that. Why cant you get value for money?
Sure, the sites offer different price ranges depending on whether it is just text or whether it is one way video/audio. But usually either option is still more expensive than our site.
If you are chatting with a lady and you cant see or hear her, it is because she does not have a camera. I dont find this acceptable and I am quite happy if you end the chat and write to her and ask her to get a camera – they are not expensive. I want you to be 100% satisfied when you use our site. Tell her when she has the camera you will try and chat again with her. Of course if you are happy not to see and hear her then that is your choice.
If you cant connect in your chat, it is almost always because you dont have Adobe Flashplayer installed on your computer, or you have several versions that are competing against one another.
Either download the Flashplayer – which is simple and free, or if you have several versions, delete all but the latest version.
