I am writing to thank you sincerely for the excellent service you and your staff have provided during the almost 11-12 months that I have been an active member of your agency, and user of your services.

When I first signed up to your agency, I will admit that I was incredibly skeptical due to some reviews and experiences that I read on the internet regarding all PPL websites in Ukraine in general (not just yours). However, I was intrigued by your website, more specifically, I liked the fact that 24/7 support was available with a real employee, the PPL credit pricing system seemed fair and justifiable – especially because there were no extra charges for sending or receiving photo attachments, video conferencing was a fantastic feature and of course, the buit in translation feature made everything seem so effortless. But the one significant feature on your website that I haven’t seen on any other Ukrainian dating website is the personally recorded video from each lady in their profiles. This was something really unique, and valuable to me. Just from watching these videos on their own, I was able to understand my initial thoughts and impressions much more regarding the ladies in the profiles whom I was interested in, and in turn, this helped me to narrow my searchp down to just a few ladies, and go from there. So, with all this in mind, my instinct told me that Ukrainian Brides Agency could be trusted and it was in fact, a real business with real employees who were always present and working vigorously behind the scenes to make the business operation run smoothly, therefore, I decided to take a dip into the world of online dating via UBA :))

I have to say, whilst there were/are so many stunningly beautiful ladies registered with your agency, I personally was looking for a unique spark, therefore, I waited for that “special connection” before responding to any of them (this is normal). But I was still incredibly impressed with almost all of the ladies who contacted me regardless, after reading their introductory letters and learning about their professions, their education and life in general. I can honestly say, I have never been approached by so many amazingly beautiful, incredibly intelligent, strong and professional women in all my life. Moreover, in my experience, it would be near impossible to find so many women of a similar caliber in one dating app here in the UK or indeed in America.

During my time communicating with a handful of ladies, I have personally met with two of them in Kyiv. Admittedly, the first meeting I had back in January didn’t go as well as I expected, but I take full responsibility for that because I made mistakes by not following your guidance and advice before moving things to that stage. All the warning signs were there, but I ignored them and let my blind optimism rule over my logic. However, having just come back from my second visit following some very strong, enjoyable and honest communication with the another lady, I am overjoyed to inform you that our meeting was an amazing success. With the help of your translators, both of whom provided exceptional service, lady and I enjoyed an amazing week together to such an extent that I even got to meet lady’s daughter. We are very much interested in each other, and have mutually agreed to take our relationship forward in the real world with serious intentions regarding the future. We continue to speak daily via Telegram and this is simply amazing. She is a truly wonderful lady, and most definitely the “one of a kind” I was hoping to find in Ukraine. Without doubt, I would never have met her had it not been for Ukrainian Brides Agency, this is a fact! Of course, we will keep you fully updated with our progress. Hopefully, our next meeting will include a holiday abroad, and I hope it will be in the nearest future.
