Excuse me to say that. You are completely out of the market. Till now I lost almost 300 Euro and received nothing. Excuse me, but you need to change your policy. I lost a lot of money and I have no chance to meet anybody. You are example of the site perfectly organised from the point of view of “how to work”, but you have no idea how to help people. And this is the reason, you loose.

you wrote to us a number of times and your complaints were repetitions that stated that you were disappointed with the level of our services. Each time we asked what was the problem and which lady you had problems with, you did not reply to us.
When we review your communications with ladies, you told each lady exactly the same thing: I am not sure if you are real. I do not like this site. How can I find you.
All of the ladies have replied to you and asked why you dont believe she is real. She has also asked you to have a video chat and you will see she is real – but you have not accepted a video chat from any lady. You have never answered them and then you moved to another lady.
