Almost There!

I mentioned last week that we are about to launch our new site and wanted to offer a little more information about this.

There are some new features on the new site that are much improved and also much different from the current site. This will offer a new and exciting experience for you. All of you information will be transferred across for you so that you will just need to login with your username and password and you will be able to use the site and enjoy it immediately.

However, the messaging system is so different (for the better!) that we cant transfer your messages from the new site. However, we can help you with this if you need to retain them.

The current site will still exist – it just will not be live for use. We can still access it. If you need us to extract your messages and send them to you so that you can retain them, we can do this. Please just let us know.

One of the downsides of having the new site almost ready for launch is that the current site and the new site are both on the same server and this is pacing great pressure on the server. It is not coping well and the current site has speed issues at times each day. We apologise for this and the problem will be overcome when we launch the new site. Thank you for your understanding with this.

We look forward to the launch and know that you will be pleasantly surprised at the look and feel!
