We would like to apologise for the issues we had with the site over Valentines Day. We offered a special gifts range and half priced video chats.
This proved much more popular than we had envisaged and we literally burst at the seams with the volume of men and ladies taking advantage of this.
We managed to recover the situation but every now and again we get a reminder that we stretched the system beyond its capabilities. We have now remedied this.
There is considerable organisation into this and much cooperation from the agencies that we work with to make their systems available and keep their offices available and we thank them for their assistance and cooperation.
We realise that specials are appreciated by our clients and we will look to have regular occasions to make these available rather than very special occasions. We will let you know well in advance of any future promotions.
