Here’s to 2015!

We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that the New Year celebrations were enjoyable for you.

Not sure if you made any resolutions or not – but we are half way through January already!

2014 was memorable for us as we made many improvements and our team reflected back on these while celebrating Christmas and we had good reason to celebrate a little more.

We have so much planned for 2105 and it promises to be a year of continual improvement. There are many projects and systems being worked on as I write this – but more on these as they become imminent.

Over the years we have set criteria for agencies based on what will offer the best and most genuine service to you and 2014 saw the introduction of the Elite Agency concept. Now that our criteria and experience guides us in our negotiations, we feel comfortable about opening agencies outside Ukraine.

We will keep you updated with new initiatives as they become reality.

In the meantime, we all wish you a happy and successful 2015.

    Hi Keith,

I must say I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of your Russian Lessons. I no doubt have begun to learn the language, but I am always looking for new resources to utilize.

I am especially excited to see what you have to offer for training lessons as I am assuming that this will be directly for the source, IE: Ukraine / Russia.

Keep up the wonderful work that you are doing. I appreciate it very much.

    Sincerely,

    Robert. W.
