If you are single and looking for an international relationship, chances are you might find it difficult to cope with loneliness sometimes. If you know what it takes to be a successful CEO, you probably wouldn’t want to be a CEO.”
Indeed, when I look back on how I have become a full-time online writer, I can see the power of being alone. Being a full-time writer means sitting in front of a computer all day every day alone. When other people are going out for parties, I’m sitting at my desk to do my research alone. When others are hanging out on social media, I’m writing alone. I fully understand what Robert Greene and Gary Vaynerchuk said.
Before finding an international relationship, please appreciate the importance of being alone:
Quite frankly, if you are currently focusing on your work and you aren’t in a relationship, you have lots of time to be alone and work on your career, so now you’d better appreciate the advantage of being single! Also, if you are still young, chances are you don’t have to look after your parents yet as your parents aren’t really old. Therefore, you have more time to prioritize your career right now.
In addition, being alone gives you more freedom to pursue your hobbies, e.g., reading, music, art, movies, travel, etc. At this point in your life, you don’t have to compromise what you want to do in order to meet someone else’s needs. This can be completely liberating. A friend of mine only travels alone because he doesn’t want anyone to ruin his holiday. He has been to many countries all by himself and totally enjoyed every holiday.
If you can be happy when you are single, you can also be happy when you are in an international relationship.
Honestly, if you are able to be happy as a single guy, women like you more because they can see you want a relationship, but you don’t need a relationship – you are already happy. As a result, your perceived value becomes significantly higher. In other words, when you are happy as a single man, you are more likely to find an international relationship faster. - Thoroughly enjoy your passion. Let’s say your biggest passion is reading. Now it’s the perfect time to read a large number of books – read whatever you want! Personally, I love reading non-fiction books because I like learning something new every single day. Hence, I use Kindle as well as the library’s app on my phone. I find reading very enjoyable and enlightening because knowledge is power. More importantly, implementing new knowledge is life-changing!
- Set a major goal and establish daily rituals which will help you to achieve this goal. For example, Anthony’s goal is to land another client for his internet business. Here are his daily rituals: improving his website’s Search Engine Optimization; proactively contacting 2 potential clients; asking 1 person to recommend his business to others.
- Look after yourself. Don’t forget to eat well, sleep well and do some exercise each day!
