Last week I wrote that exceptional customer service is our aim for all users of the site. This is men, agencies and also the ladies. All are important to making the journey a success.
We have added some new features this week to enhance this even further.
If you look at the Contact Us page you will see that we now have added a telephone number and skype address for immediate assistance. We have been looking to provide this for some time and now have the staff with superior skills to assist you with most problems.
Many of you have received support recently from our team and I have had many emails from men stating that the service has been exceptional. Great – that is what we want to deliver to you.
We have also added a video to the homepage that outlines the features that we offer to our clients. Please take a moment (or 3 minutes) to watch this as there may be something mentioned that you were not aware of.
We are delighted with how the video turned out and it features our very own Lily who has done a wonderful job.
