One of the points of difference that we offer over other sites is our determination to offer exceptional customer service. We recognise that men and ladies who use our site can be frustrated if their enjoyment is spoiled by a problem or a misunderstanding that can be easily and quickly rectified. There is nothing worse than waiting for an answer or a response – that may never come.
Recently we have taken on an additional 4 staff who all possess an eagerness to please and a work ethic that we are proud of. They have quickly identified customer service as vitally important and each offers the same high quality service as the others.
Lily, Yana, AnnaG and Juliya have joined us and we are delighted to now be able to offer round the clock assistance and response to most issues. We are very pleased with the conscientiousness and abilities shown by each of our staff.
