Slavic ladies and rejuvenation in Europe

Slavic women

It is said that Europeans are very good at looking after themselves, partly because the rich culture in Europe gives people abundant resources in this regard, and partly because most Europeans are health-conscious people. Therefore, when you are communicating with Slavic women, you might learn a thing or two from them.

  • It turns out that the majority of fast-food restaurants come from America, whereas Europeans generally prefer a healthy lifestyle.

Statistics show that the average lifespan of Europeans is longer than that of Americans today. Apparently, European people must have done something right. Hence, we probably should learn something from them.

When you travel in Europe, you will notice that instead of absorbing vitamins and supplements in pill forms, most Europeans get their nutrients from the real deal, i.e. the actual vegetables and fruit. For instance, juicing removes the indigestible fiber from vegetables and fruit; as a result, your body absorbs more of the minerals and vitamins from juice than eating the actual vegetables. Nonetheless, the body also needs fiber to maintain healthy, so juicing can’t replace eating vegetables entirely. My recommendation is switching back and forth between the two options. In my opinion, juicing is the best way to fit a lot of vegetables and fruit into my diet.

  • How Europeans drink juice to improve their health and wellbeing:

Many European friends of mine believe in juicing so much that they even taught me several recipes, so I’m happy to share these with you now.

First of all, let me introduce a beauty juice recommended by a Slavic woman.

Make sure you serve this chilled by adding ice so that the consistency is on the thicker side. The good news is this beauty juice can become your breakfast because it makes you feel full for a long time.

  1. Handful of spinach – spinach is loaded with potassium and iron, and it also contains lutein – this helps eyes to sparkle, so the whites of your eyes will get brighter as a result.
  2. Handful of parsley – This herb is a superfood, but it’s underrated in many countries these days. Parsley has the highest vitamin C levels of any herb. It also contains beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A for renewing and repairing skill cells quickly. Vitamin K and chlorophyll help reduce puffiness in the face and get rid of those dark under-eye circles fast.
  3. Handful of watercress – this is a powerful antioxidant with very high levels of iron. It also has more calcium than milk.
  4. 1 lime
  5. 1 pear – pears are high in fiber and low in glycerin index, so they slow down the release of sugar into your skin cells and body, meaning your collagen is protected and you will have smoother skin as a result.
  6. ½ ripe avocado
  7. 4 ice cubes
  • Europeans’ natural skin remedies:

Interestingly, unlike Americans who tend to buy skin-care products from shopping malls all the time, a lot of Europeans choose natural skin remedies & here is how it works for many of them.

Slavic women shared their philosophy with me in this respect – using natural products on your body rather than processed potions in a pot is kinder on your skin, and it’s also kinder on your wallet! Individuals with sensitive skin can’t really tolerate artificial ingredients in skin-care products.

In the first place, I have discovered that many European friends use honey to hydrate their skin. This is a rich moisturizer for dry skin. Simply apply a thin layer as a face mask every week to make your skin smooth and soft.

In the second place, a lot of European friends actually cleanse with apple cider vinegar. This is a wonderful product with a lot of health benefits. Apart from killing bacteria and balancing your skin’s PH level, apple cider vinegar also absorbs excessive oil, so it helps prevent acne effectively. All you need to do is to mix ¼ cup of vinegar with ¾ cup of water, and then dip a cotton pad into the solution. Apply the mixture to your skin directly. Leave it there for 9 minutes. Rinse with warm water. This solution could be left on for a longer period of time if you have a sunburn or suffer from acne / psoriasis.

“Being married to a Slavic woman means you will experience a different lifestyle which will certainly expand your outlook.”
