They Love Chocolates

I received an email this week from Martin of Aberdeen, Scotland that I wanted to share with you.

Good Day Sir,
I have taken to writing again to yourself, to express my delight at how efficient your Support team are, they are an amazing part of your team, and make sure that your business sets and keeps very high standards, I have only had time to speak to two of the ladies who work there, AnnaG & Juliya, and both have been the most pleasant, and delightful support team i have even had the privilege to have any dealings with.

As you know I am very new to such sites as yours and I am glad that this was the site i researched and decided to join, as I have been proven correct that you are one of the best websites for support and professionalism, if not the best. I tip my hat to you as a show of gratitude, for the hard work and dedication you have shown, and the high standards you set your staff.

As, I mention I am new to this website, and I have made a few “mistakes” during my time here, but whenever I need any help either with sending a gift and asking for it to be received quickly because I have upset the lady I am corresponding with, your support team have always gone out of their way to assist me, no matter the time of day.

To show my gratitude, may I ask if it would be possible to send them a gift, maybe some Chocolates for them to share, just as a little Thank You from myself to them, as without their support and amazing actions I would be a lot less happier.

I am happy for you to use credits from my account to pay for the gift for the ladies, or I can send some Chocolates from Scotland in the mail, to make the Thank You a little more special, if I receive their postal address.

Thank You very much for your help with not only this matter, but allowing me to believe I may find a soul mate once again because of your website.

Kind Regards

Martin

We duly arranged the chocolates and the team sent photos to Martin with a little note showing their gratitude. Thank you Martin – it made a huge difference to them.

Too often we have members who dont expect service such as this and join the site with a very suspicious attitude and doubts about our purpose. This may be based on experiences elsewhere or the reputation of service received from Contact Us submissions on websites that remain unanswered.

We choose our staff very carefully and we ensure that they have service as a high priority on their skill sets. We believe that you should not expect anything less from us.

I often talk about the service that we offer yet many still try and circumnavigate our systems. All we ask is that you use the site and the services as we have set them up and you will be as delighted as Martin and many others have been.

Speaking of chocolates, December 19 is St Nicholas Day in Ukraine, which is a special day for remembering children. This is in remembrance of St Nicholas who helped poor or ill children by giving them toys, or sweets and told them tales.

I will say more about this next week but maybe you would like to be St Nicholas for your special lady’s children.
