We Need Your Help – Thank you!

In my email last week I asked for feedback on some of the things that we could do to improve the site and the service that we offer. We were delighted with the response as we received many emails and almost all were long and well thought out ideas that gave us plenty to consider.

One of the benefits of being able to ask for assistance – and more importantly being able to implement it, is that many of the users of the site have used other sites and have experience of all the good things and the not so good things that other sites are doing. If we can collate all the good things and offer them to you, we are well on the way to providing the best service that there is – and that is our aim.

The partners of the site got together in June last year and decided on many strategic changes to implement and improve on how we managed the site and these were implemented over July and August. The feedback from users at that time over those changes was very positive.

We are getting together for our next strategic meeting in 3 weeks and we value this feedback as we intend to again implement as many of the suggestions as we can. We cant implement them all as some users suggested things that are the exact opposite to ideas suggested by others but in many cases there was a common theme on the ideas.

We thank you for your assistance and we feel privileged that so many took the time to respond in a positive manner. We promise to make many of the changes to enhance your experience with our site.

    Hi,

I have quite a few improvement suggestions to send you. What email can I use? I don’t like using this little box to send them.

    Cheers!
