Weekly update – 14 November 2012

Today I received another email asking about a ladies profile and whether it was real. I receive a similar email every 3 or 4 months.

A member has found one of our ladies on another site and although the photos are the same, the profile is totally different.

Each time I have been emailed about this I have done my research and found that the other site has stolen the ladies photos from our site and used her, without her consent, to attract members. This means they intend to scam.

It is a problem because it puts doubt in the mind as to which profile is genuine and also which site is genuine.

I have followed these up and every time the lady has advised that she has never registered on the other site. I have given this feedback to the member and have advised our friends at Agency Scams.

The best way to test if a lady is genuine is to video chat with her, or to request a video chat.

For this reason I am one of the only sites who only has video, audio and text chats – there is no option. You see her, hear her and you talk or text with her.

Other sites often only provide text chats where you can not see the lady. I wonder why they do this!

Thank you to the member for sending me the link to the other site. I appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to put things right.
