I’ve read quite a few comments from your different categories on your online blog and I do have some questions. I’ve noticed that sometimes when I’m video chatting with a lady, the video chat feature suddenly is disabled but I am still being charged for the video chat rate instead of the regular text chat rate. This has occurred to me on more than one occasion. I attribute this issue to a website malfunction or online technical “glitch”. I would like to know if anything is being done about this issue and I think that I’m not alone having experienced this issue.
Also about your policy concerning when a registered lady sends an introductory letter about themselves that they have to use when first contacting a man, how can I tell that this lady has not sent this letter to an unlimited amount of guys since the letter format is not personal and basically generic in style and in many cases I’ve noticed that the lady or ladies have just copied and pasted most of the information from their profiles and posted it on their introductory letters. We charge at the video chat rate when the system detects that the lady is currently broadcasting video, however we have had recorded issues with the adobe flash plugin crashing on the video receiver’s side. This is the component that the browser uses to display the video from the lady, so this may be the cause of the problems you have had. We would love to get some more details on exactly what you experienced, so please feel free to send us a message via the contact form on the main site and we’ll get back to you with a more detailed response.
Regarding the introductory letter – if the one that you received is almost word for word her profile, then she has not taken the time to write a new letter since we introduced compulsory intro letters for the ladies.
We have made the decision that we want the lady to only write about herself and let the man decide who he chooses. There is nothing to stop a lady sending out a mass load on introductory messages to all men whether they have a template or whether they write a new letter. At least with the way that we have done it, she cant impress the man with lies – only about herself

I to have had the same experience with the intro letters sent by some of the ladies. I have noticed that sometimes I will get a chat request from a lady and instantaniously I will get an into letter from them. It seems as though they are “canned” letters that are randomly sent out and not sincere at all. That to me is an automatic dismissal.
However,, putting that issue aside, it really doesnt bother me to much as most of the time I dont even read them as I am proud to say that I am deeply involved with a lady that I have found in Nikolaev.
I just wanted to give praises to Anna at the Agency there as about a month and a half ago a great deal went by without contact from my special lady. I sent Anna an Email expressing my concerns. Anna immediately contacted my lady and come to find out, she had been very sick. Anna then relayed the information to me immediately. I was very impressed that she did this.
